昆明海之灵生物科技开发有限公司，前身为1998年成立的云南威达元宝枫产业开发有限公司，是一家主要从事元宝枫苗木培育、丰产林栽培技术服务、元宝枫系列产品的开发研究和生产、新特药原料开发和生产的科技型企业。Kunming Haizhiling Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd. originated from Yunnan Weida Acer Truncatum Industry Development Co., Ltd. (founded 1998). It is a science-and-technology enterprise dedicated to Acer truncatum seedling cultivation, high-yield plantation techniques, R&D and production of Acer-series products, and development of novel botanical-drug raw materials.

公司先后与中国林科院资源昆虫研究所、西南林业大学等组成产学研联合体，并与云南省肿瘤研究所、云南粮油研究院、昆明医科大学、云南大学等院校开展深度合作，形成了产、学、研、供、销一体化的新格局，是二十年来集枫树系列产品研发、生产、销售及配套原料基地为一体的生物科技企业，为元宝枫产业国家创新联盟副理事长单位。The company formed an industry–academia–research alliance with the Research Institute of Resources Insects (CAF), Southwest Forestry University and others, and cooperates with Yunnan Tumor Institute, Yunnan Grain & Oil Institute, Kunming Medical University and Yunnan University. It has built an integrated industry–academia–research–supply–sales model and, as a vice-chairman unit of the National Acer Truncatum Industry Innovation Alliance, integrates R&D, production, sales and raw-material bases.

2013年1月获“云南省科技型中小企业”称号；2019年先后荣获林草产业创新企业奖、中国林业产业突出贡献奖；拥有“健康小精灵”“云亚”“艾舍尔”注册商标，外观专利2项、申请发明专利8项（3项已授权）。It was named a "Yunnan Provincial Technology-based SME" in 2013, and in 2019 received the Forestry Industry Innovation Enterprise Award and the Outstanding Contribution Award to China's Forestry Industry. It owns the registered trademarks "Health Sprite", "Yunya" and "", 2 design patents and 8 invention-patent applications (3 granted).

公司坐落于云南省昆明阳宗海风景名胜区呈贡工业园区，拥有自有工厂，专业从事元宝枫籽油及系列健康产品的生产。调研组曾莅临公司，实地参观位于阳宗海工业园的加工生产线与元宝枫籽油生产车间。Located in the Chenggong Industrial Park of the Yangzonghai Scenic Area, Kunming, the company runs its own factory specialized in producing Acer truncatum seed oil and related health products. Inspection teams have visited the processing lines and the Acer seed-oil production workshop at the Yangzonghai industrial park.

从原料入厂到成品罐装，公司坚持现代工艺与全流程质量管控，确保每一瓶元宝枫籽油都源自自有工厂、品质可溯。From raw-material intake to filling, the company applies modern process and full-process quality control, ensuring every bottle of Acer seed oil is traceable to its own factory.

公司建有元宝枫种植与原料基地，在云南禄劝则黑乡、易门县等地开展元宝枫丰产栽培，并参与云南磷化集团矿山植被恢复元宝枫林建设，让"生态树、景观树、健康树"发挥经济、生态、社会效益。The company operates Acer truncatum plantation and raw-material bases, carrying out high-yield cultivation in places such as Zehei Township, Luquan, and Yimen County, Yunnan, and takes part in reforestation with Acer forests for mine-subsidence restoration—turning an "ecological, scenic and health tree" into economic, ecological and social value.
